1. This promotion is open only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked at any stage to provide Bingo3X or a third party with a proof of age and/or identity.
2. Employees and relatives of employees of Bingo3X, as well as any individuals or entities affiliated or related to us are not eligible to enter this promotion. The term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
3. This promotion shall commence on 1st April 2013 and shall conclude on 30th September 2013.
4. This promotion is open only to players who make a 1st deposit with Bingo3X of no less than £10.
5. All eligible players making such 1st minimum deposit with Bingo3X shall be entitled to a one time use of the Bonus Booster App with 3 Free spins, allowing them a chance to win up to £15 Bonus Money.
6. Bingo3X will not be responsible if winners do not claim their bonus booster app winnings in the prescribed manner.
7. Bingo3X has the right to terminate, modify or suspend this promotion at any time, if, in the sole judgment of Bingo3X, the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
8. Bingo3X has the right not to grant Bonus Booster winnings in case fraud is suspected or Bingo3X deems an entrant has executed any other act in bad faith in relation to the promotion.
9. Our decision is final in all matters relating to crediting of the winnings and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
10. We reserve the right to exclude specific members from participation in the promotion at our sole discretion.
11. By entering this promotion each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern this promotion.
12. By entering this promotion each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Bingo3X, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any damages whatsoever arising out of the promotion or the crediting of any winnings.
13. Bingo3X reserves the right to alter, amend, modify and update these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
14. These terms and conditions and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Courts of Justice, London.
